The large-scale Mahler Festival in Amsterdam has also been canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This is a huge disappointment for all musicians, and especially for the public. How unfortunate that The New York Philharmonic, the Vienna Philharmonic, the Berlin Philharmonic and our own Concertgebouworkest will not all be performing on one stage as planned. The Concertgebouw is looking into the possibility of rescheduling the festival to a later date, and we hope to be able to help make that happen!
