The Concertgebouw Orchestra has paid an impressive tribute to its former chief conductor Bernard Haitink. With a performance of Mahler’s 5th Symphony conducted by conductor and former friend Iván Fischer, it turned out to be an unforgettable concert in the presence of the family of Haitink and Princess Beatrix.
