The symphony orchestra has been of great importance for film scores over the years. Great film composers like John Williams, Hans Zimmer and John Barry have written music for large orchestras.
For the evening of film music in the Concertgebouw, with the Metropole Orchestra, PolyCast provided the screen direction. Photos and film fragments were linked with live images from the stage.
